I’ll probably never understand why Dir en grey chose to go with the single version over this.

This was made after the other one had already been released, but I also prefer it to the single ver.

Oh, really? I always thought that the song’s title implied that it was a demo and that they said an interview that they reworked it for the release.

“Dear Internet” by Tina Fey

From PerezHilton.com/Posted by jerkstore on Wednesday, 1/21/2009, 11:21 P.M.

“In my opinion Tina Fey completely ruined SNL. The only reason she’s celebrated is because she’s a woman and an outspoken liberal. She has not a single funny bone in her body.”

“Dear jerkstore,

Huzzah for the Truth Teller! Women in this country have been over-celebrated for too long. Just last night there was a story on my local news about a “missing girl,” and they must have dedicated seven or eight minutes to “where she was last seen” and “how she might have been abducted by a close family friend,” and I thought, “What is this, the News for Chicks?” Then there was some story about Hillary Clinton flying to some country because she’s secretary of state. Why do we keep talking about these dumdums? We are a society that constantly celebrates no one but women and it must stop! I want to hear what the men of the world have been up to. What fun new guns have they invented? What are they raping these days? What’s Michael Bay’s next film going to be?

When I first set out to ruin SNL, I didn’t think anyone would notice, but I persevered because—like you trying to do a nine-piece jigsaw puzzle—it was a labor of love.

I’m not one to toot my own horn, but I feel safe with you, jerkstore, so I’ll say it. Everything you ever hated on SNL was by me, and anything you ever liked was by someone else who did it against my will.

Sincerely,

Tina Fey

P.S. You know who does have a funny bone in her body? Your mom every night for a dollar.”

I see a lot of people going back and forth on the nomenclature for the 6th generation of Pokémon. Some believe that it references the three dimensions, which would make the third game “Pokémon Z.” Others believe that it’s tied to genetics and would naturally produce two games à la Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, dubbed “Pokémon XX” and “Pokémon XY.”

While the North American logos leave it open for interpretation, with only their stylized X and Y, the Japanese ones seem decidedly more in the genetics camp, with their stylized ン which substitutes the first stroke for a double helix.

Ultimately, I think Nintendo/GameFreak are cleverly alluding to the shift from 2D to 3D, while intending to pursue the same route that they did with Black 2 and White 2 with the XX and XY names.

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

私は一年頃京都に住んでるから今から一番良かったの場所を紹介したい (*^^*)
As I’ve been living in Kyoto since about a year now I’d like to introduce you some of the places I enjoyed the most here.

1. 京都の祇園の八坂神社 Yasakashrine in Gion
2. 京都の駅の中 The inside of the station (because every trip started from there)
3. 京都の一番有名なカニ店さん Kyotos most famous crab restaurant
4. 京都の一番有名なお好み焼き店さん Kyotosmostfamous Okonomiyaki shop
5. 京都の嵐山 Arashiyama
6. 京都の嵐山の猿公園 Monkeypark in Arashiyama

I love the picture of the *monkey park* (the last one). I didn’t see any monkeys at Fushimi-Inari-Taisha, but who cares…

I had no idea that crab place was famous. I walked past it all the time when I went to Teramachi, but never went in… Shakey’s on the other hand…

Started working on this today. A lot of effort for what ends up only being 46 seconds long… Tell me what you think!

“In pop culture, girls who crush hopelessly on guys they can’t have are painted as just that – hopeless. Over and over again, we’re taught that girls who openly express sexual or romantic interest in guys who don’t want them are pitiable, stalkerish, desperate, crazy bitches. More often than not, they’re also portrayed as ugly – whether physically, emotionally or both – in order to further establish their undesirability as an objective fact. Both narratively and, as a consequence, in real life, men are given free reign to snub, abuse, mislead and talk down to such women: we’re raised to believe that female desire is unseemly, so that any consequent shaming is therefore deserved. There is no female-equivalent Friend Zone terminology because, in the language of our culture, a man’s romantic choices are considered sacrosanct and inviolable. If a girl has been told no, then she has only herself to blame for anything that happens next – but if a woman says no, then she must not really mean it. Or, if she does, she shouldn’t: the rejected man is a universally sympathetic figure, and everyone from moviegoers to platonic onlookers will scream at her to just give him a chance, as though her rejection must always be unfounded rather than based on the fact that he had a chance, and blew it. And even then, give him another one! The pathos of Single Nice Guys can only be eased by pity-sex with unwilling women that blossoms into romance!” — Lamenting the Friendzone, or: The Nice Guy Approach to Perpetuating Sexist Bullshit  (via buttfleet)

THE BLOSSOMING BEELZEBUB {Symphonic Ver.}
2011.11.11 TOKYO DOME CITY HALL

This surpasses everything in regard of malice. It is abyssal…

The DVD was hard to watch anyway… but this… I have no words…

If I’ve learned anything from Dir en grey—especially from Kyo, it is the beauty of ugliness and imperfection.
